Hi, I’m Nova Caguitla.

For years, I’ve been the go-to person behind the scenes — organizing, managing, and building systems that keep businesses running smoothly. My journey started in Dubai, where I worked as a Secretary and Accountant, supporting multiple businesses across different industries. I wasn’t just handling books and emails — I was making sure operations stayed efficient and leaders could focus on the big picture.

When I transitioned into the online space, I realized something: so many business owners were struggling with the same challenges — too much to do, not enough time, and no one they could fully trust to take things off their plate. That’s when I founded Nova Virtual Desk.

Now, I combine my background in administration, bookkeeping, and marketing with modern digital tools like GoHighLevel, Canva, automation systems, and social media platforms to help entrepreneurs scale smarter.
